What You Will Need: By the way, this can make up to 3 full glasses, always nice to share with a friend!
1 Banana
2 Table Spoons Of Greek Yoghurt
2 Handfulls of Ice
1/4 Of Milk
1 Handful of Strawberries
1 Tea Spoon of Honey
1/2 A tea spoon of either lemon or lime juice (optional)
1 Blender
1/2/3 Glasses (depends on how much is made)
Method:
Step 1: Add the ice to the blender
Step 2: Pour in the milk
Step 3: Put in the greek yoghurt
Step 4: Split the banana in 3 and add it into the blender
Step 5: Put the strawberries into the blender
Step 6: Squeeze some honey to the mix
Step 7: Mix it all until there are tiny chunks of ice left
Step 8: Taste the smoothie and then decide if you would like to add some lemon or lime juice, if you want, then add it in
Step 9:Mix it all up
Step 10: Pour the smoothie into the glass/glasses and you're done!
