Hi Everyone! How are you? Today's post is gonna be about my summer workout routine! Since everyone is attempting ( or in some cases dreaming like I am) to get their summer body ready! I don't work out, like at all but every day I am to do some type of workout.I don't do all of these and I'm definitely am not fit or strong but when I do workout, I do about each set twice and it covers most parts of my body and flexibility and I do some cardio and stretches etc. This workout isn't the hardest but it is beneficial so let's get started!
Warm Up:
Downward Dog Stretch- 10 Seconds
Cobra Stretch- 15 Seconds
Right Splits- 30 Seconds
Left Splits- 30 Seconds
Middle Splits- 30 Seconds
Arm Circles- 100 Circles
Jog On The Spot- 1 Minute
Workout:
Crunches- x50
Pushups- x25
High Knees- 30 Seconds
V-Ups- x15
Wall Sit- 45 Seconds- 1 Minute
Jumping In The Spot- 1 Minute
Squats- x40
Right Leg Lift- x35
Left Leg Lift- x35
Burpees- x10
Jumping Jacks- x45
Lunges- x20 (Each Side)
Plank Hold- 45 Seconds
Warm Down:
Downward Dog Stretch- 15 Seconds
Cobra Stretch- 30 Seconds
Right Splits- 1 Minute
Left Splits- 1 Minute
Middle Splits- 1 Minute
Lay Down On Back & Deep Breathing- 1 Minute
