My Autumn Essentials!

Hi everyone. I am so sorry for not posting on this blog for 10 days. I mean 10 days?!?!? I am so ashamed but since I am back and school is starting to settle down a bit more everyday except the fact that I have so many projects due for the coming weeks before my exams so I might not be posting every Monday and Friday but since I am here today writing this post, I am going to talk about my autumn essentials so lets get started!

1. Some nice, comfy boots
I love boots and I find that they are super easy to match clothes with and they are easing to slip on and off and to make a cute outfit with so boots are definitely up there on my most essential things I need to have through autumn.

2. Leggings or Jeans
Definitely a staple and a must have in autumn. Leggings or jeans will keep you warm and comfy. I normally tend to wear leggings more than jeans because I feel like it shows off my figure more and it makes me look a tad more flattering but I wear jeans time to time because it is a definite staple.

3. A flannel shirt
Definitely an autumn staple. You can wear them and act like a tomboy or you can add your own accessory and make them look cute. Plus, they keep you warm and comfy during autumn. I love wearing flannel shirts because I find that they match with almost everything and you can wear them on many different days and still look cute. A nice flannel shirt, some boots and a pair of black leggings is definitely a go to outfit of mine.

4. Bath and Body Works
You guys do not know how much I love bath and body works. They are amazing and my favourite thing to do is just light a candle and watch a movie. I personally love at the moment the 'Marshmallow Fireside' candle and it smell so nice and it reminds me of a cosy smell if that makes sense. I'm also loving the 'Vanilla Bean Noel' shower gel/ body soap. It is definitely a winter smell and I actually bought it during the summer and I have been saving it until now because it is the perfect time of the year to use it.  It smells like toffee and I personally love sweet and citrus smells and I think bath and body works has many smells like citrus and sweet things so bath and body works

5. A nice, cosy jacket
I think that a nice jackets will make any outfit look complete especially if its cold out. I think that jackets are so nice to cuddle up in and to be cosy in. I also feel like as long as you're comfy and you look stylish and trendy and you feel comfortable, you can rock anything and I think jackets can help pull an outfit together and I am very excited for more styles of jackets to come out because they do help put an outfit together.

Thank you guys so much for reading this post. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Tell me what you're autumn essentials are. Please tell me if I should try out anything or if you agree with anything that I said or if you just like my blog. Sorry this was a short one. I feel bad that I haven't been putting enough effort into these posts. I want you guys to help me out a bit. It's kinda hard doing 2 blog posts a week without knowing what you guys like to read and I want to know more about you guys. So please help me out and leave suggestions below. Also, about my big Q & A post that I have been talking about, I want to do it soon ( I'm sorry I have been saying that for ages for I haven't had enough questions) so please comment more questions for me! Also with my collab, I'm going to change it, I now want you guys to tell me why you like to read this blog and why you would like to collab with me and I will pick one of you guys. Just remember that you have to be able to collab with me and I will love it so much if I can collab with you! So remember those things.  School has died down a bit but I really need to focus during the next few months until school ends for winter break/ term break because I have so many projects to do and exams are next months in basically a couple of weeks so please don't expect too much from me because I am really busy at the moment and I am trying really hard this year. Thank you so much for all your support and see you soon!

My Hair Care Routine!

Hey everyone. How is it going? Today's post is going to be about my hair. I love my hair a lot and so I thought why not do a post about my hair care routine!

I'm going to start with the maintenance of my hair. Let me be honest with you guys, I am probably the worst person in the world for taking care of my hair. It's generally greasy, knotted and way too long for me to handle but hey, real life girl problems hey? This post is gonna be real. Lets face it. Most of us don't have hair masks and we probably don't get our hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks so I guess this is gonna be a real girls post of a hair care routine so lets get started.

Here are some facts about my hair first:
1. Its just a few centimetres above belly button length probably even the same length
2. It gets knotted pretty easily
3. It gets greasy quite quickly
4. I donated my hair when I was in the first grade
5. I haven't properly cut my hair in about just under a year
6. My hair grows really quickly
7. I never put heat on my hair unless I go to get it done

So my hair care routine goes like this. I generally try to leave my hair unwashed for as long as possible. I know this is bad but I heard somewhere that if you leave your hair as long as possible unwashed, then your hair will get used to it because most of you guys should know that you should never wash your hair everyday. But when it comes to school, I wash my hair every other day. I say that should be the minimum I do this because my hair gets greasy quickly so I do it every other day. My theory is is that since its double the usual length, I get double the greasiness. I know its weird but in some ways, I think its true.

When I do wash my hair, I always brush my hair before I shower for 2 reasons.
1. To get all the knots out because especially at school, it gets knotted easily
2. It makes life so much easier and it is better for your hair because I read somewhere that it is healthier to brush your hair dry than wet.
I brush my hair with a tangle teaser and then I jump into the shower and wash my hair.

In the shower, I currently use the Giovanni Golden Wheat Shampoo and I used to use the Tigi Catwalk Headshot Heavenly Hydrating Conditioner until it ran out and they don't make it anymore and I am very upset about that. I also don't use conditioner because I find that it is better for my hair and thats another reason why I brush my hair first so that I don't have to rip through tangles. But since the shampoo is running out, I'm going to be using the Kiehl's Amino Acid shampoo and conditioner and I heard great reviews about it plus it smells like coconut so that is always a plus and a bonus for me.

When I use the shampoo, I mainly focus it around the most greasiest areas on my head and I massage it in into my whole scalp. I generally hardly put any of shampoo on the ends of my hair because it doesn't need it as much as the rest of my head which is a tip I read from somewhere and I found that it actually really works. I make sure to rinse it all off my head and when I do, I make sure to put it on the cold water. I know it sounds horrible especially in the winter time but its 100% worth it because it seals the hair and makes it shiny and it conditions it because ( I read this somewhere by the way) you should never put heat on your hair even hot water and hot water counts as a hot tool/ source for your hair and if you put it on the cold side, it seals it and makes it conditioned, softer and a lot shinier. I don't wash it with cold water for the whole time, I only do it at the end because I hate cold water on my body so I make sure to do it for a few seconds at the end and I recommend it because it is really beneficial for your hair. After I shampoo it, I wash the rest of my body, do what I need to do and get out of the shower.

When I get out of the shower, I put my hair in a towel and do the twist thing and put it on top of my head ( you guys know what I mean) so that it is out the way and drying as I am getting dressed. I mostly like to shower at night so I feel clean going to bed so I generally change into my pyjamas. Once I'm done getting dressed, I take my hair out of the towel and I just brush it out and let it air dry and that is basically my hair care routine. I know it is not the best but hey, I'm not the only one who is like this and I'm only young and can't get all the expensive products.

Thank you guys so much for reading this post. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Tell me what you guys do with your hair care routine and if theres anything I should test out and try. I have kept it drafted for such a long time now ( 2 weeks but whatever) because I thought this post would be boring to read and I didn't really know what to write but I did it and I hope you enjoyed it. School is starting to die down a bit and I'm getting a bit on track with everything but my term exams are next month so I really need to buckle up for the next 2 moths but I'm going to try my hardest to make good blog posts for you guys to read!  See you guys soon!

My Go To Hairstyles

Hi everyone! How has your week? I feel like I have been waiting for the weekend for forever now! But today, It's going to be a short post because I am quite busy working with school and many more things so today's post is going to be short but I thought you guys will like to know my go to hairstyles! Just going to say that I'm not going to tell you how to do these hairstyles ( I know I'm the worst blogger in the world) but I'm just going to tell you guys my go to hair styles.

I genuinely HATE having my hair up. I find that it gets knotted easily, it's heavy because of how long my hair is, it shows my forehead which has tons of pimples and spots and blackheads ( just a typical girl here) and I've always have grown up not liking my hair up and my parents haven't seen me with my hair up (my bro and sis have because we go to the same school and we have to wear our hair up for school) but when I'm with my friends or at school I wear some hair styles. But its basically all the time that my hair is down. But sometimes my hair can really annoyed me and I just want to chop it all off because it really annoys me sometimes so I have to get my hair away from my head so that I don't try to get rid of it.These are quite typical because I feel like everyone wears these but I'm going to tell you my go to hairstyles.

1. A pony tail
Quick and easy. I wear this hairstyle for school everyday. I just hate the fact that my arms always get tired and sore when trying to put it up.

2. Bun
I try to make these look good but generally looks like a birds nest resting at the top of my head. I normally wear a bun when I'm in the movies because no one can see me and my "bun" and I don't know why but I always feel like my hair annoys me most while I'm in the cinema watching a movie. I don't know what it is but I surely can't be the only one? Right?

3. Braids
Surprisingly, I am actually quite good with braids or plaits depending where you are from. I think its because I can be quite technical with my hands and fingers. I always play with my hair and when I do, I always make a braid.

4. Half up half down
Like the hair style Zoella always incredibly pulls off. I love this hairstyle because I think that its so quick and so easy to do and it always looks effortless.

5. My favourite everyday day hairstyle, leaving my hair down
I love my hair being down because I feel like it doesn't hurt my head and I feel prettier with my hair down personally. I rarely put my hair in a style except for school. The problem is is that my hair looks too  long if you know what I mean. Put it this way, if I chopped off about 5-6 inches of my hair, then I would look good. But I'm too scared to cut my hair because I am a huge baby. Plus my hair grows extremely quickly so I don't know why I am such a baby. Also, it gets really knotted and gross. I swear my hair and I have a love hate relationship. But overall, I leave my hair down all the time and its my go to hairstyle!

Thank you guys so much for reading this post. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Tell me what hairstyles I should try and what your favourite go to styles are.  I want you guys to help me out a bit. It's kinda hard doing 2 blog posts a week without knowing what you guys like to read and I want to know more about you guys. So please help me out and leave suggestions below. My Fave T.V. Shows!

Hi people! How's everything going? Today's post is going to be a quick one because I have loads of work to do and I haven't started it because I procrastinate a lot! But, today I'm going to tell you my top 4 t.v. shows that maybe you guys also really enjoy. I love these shows as much as each other  so these are in no particular order.

1. Dance Moms
I absolutely LOVE this show. I think it's actually my favourite thing to watch. I watch it when I'm happy, sad, bored and I just watch it everyday. I don't love the drama. I'm going to put it out there. I actually hate the drama part because they all seem like such nice people and I have read things saying that the majority of the show is producers telling the cast what to do. I think the girls are all talented as each other and I think their dances are unique and amazing and inspiring and I would basically be lost without this show!

2. The Great British Bake Off
Being as English as I am, this is one of my fave shows. I love love LOVE this show and the bakes looks so good!  I love Paul and Mary, Sue and Mel and I love all the bakers on the show. I don't know who I want to win this year because I think that all of them deserve it! The bad thing is about this show is that the bakes generally look so amazing it actually makes me hungry! Above all else, this is a show that makes me happy and it makes me happy watching it.

3. Ex On The Beach
I love this show so much and all the girls look gorgeous and the guys look fit as well! I love the drama that goes on the show and I just love it so much! This show is something I watch to make me happy and you guys should watch it. Warning, it is a MTV show and some really inappropriate  scenes so I'm just warning you guys but you should watch it if you are allowed to!

4. Young & Hungry
This show is so funny! It's about a girl named Gabby ( Emily Osment ( she was also Lily (Lola- Hanna Montana's best friend)) and growing up watching Hanna Montana and seeing what she's doing now grown up is quite cool) Who is a chef and ends up being a chef for a famous mogul Josh Kaminsky. This show is really funny and I suggest you guys watch it.  Plus, Ashley Tisdale is the executive producer and I find it cool how 2 disney stars are working together on a t.v. show. This show is really, really good and I definitely suggest you guys watch it.

Thank you guys so much for reading this post. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Tell me which shows I should watch and that I should get in to. I want you guys to help me out a bit. It's kinda hard doing 2 blog posts a week without knowing what you guys like to read and I want to know more about you guys. So please help me out and leave suggestions below.
