Do More Of What Makes You Happy!

Hey guys! What's up? Today's blog post is going to be about staying happy and surrounding your self with the best people you possibly can and just general things that will make you happy- or at least try to make you happy. I will be talking about my experiences with friends and I hope I can make you be a little more happy! Remember to keep on sending me questions and where you like to be in the summer holidays. Please remember to read the end of my last post for competition rules and what you have to do! Without further of due, lets get on with this post!

Staying happy all the time isn't easy. Let's admit it. We all have our down days and we all have our up days. That is perfectly fine and it's normal. Sometimes, we need to have our down days in order to appreciate our up days even more. But our main goal in life is to be happy. To be happy in our jobs, our family, our friends and everything that makes you, you! I personally find it hard to stay happy all the time with dealing with anxiety. Anxiety is not fun. At some points, it feels like you are going to die I have to admit it but then I remind my self about how lucky I am to have all my family and friends who support me and then I feel better. First topic we will talk about is staying happy with your friends.

I love my friends, they make me who I am and who I want to be and they inspire me everyday. My best friend is a sister to me. We do absolutely everything together and we enjoy each others company more than anyone else's and we love each other more than anyone else and you will never quite understand our relationship unless you're in it. I'm going to call this person 'Bestie'. Two years ago, Bestie had another best friend. This other best friend was the biggest bully I think I have ever seen in my life. She was rude and genuinely a cow. That is the nicest way I can put her. She was rude to me and controlled Bestie's life basically and she was jealous of our relationship. Bestie and I knew each other way longer before Bestie's other best friend was in the picture. The year later ( last year) me, Bestie and Bestie's other best friend all became really close- and I mean really close! You could not separate us. We were all there for each other and we just understood each other like no one else could ever understand us. Its now this year and things have changed and this is the year where I was not happy. Bestie's other Best friend went back to her original ways and started to become a cow again. Bestie and I grew apart to that girl and we separated. And of  course Bestie's other best friend got jealous so she started being mean like; bad mouthing me to everyone and I mean everyone! Started calling me names and started to rub things into my face and worse of all, they made fun of my anxiety and said it was all a hoax to get attention. She also started to comment on my size and thats where it crossed the line. Of course I got mad. So I spoke to Bestie about this and Bestie and I dumped Bestie's other best friend, who is not a friend anymore. This felt so good not to have this negative weight on my shoulders anymore. Moral of the story is, surround your self with people who you genuinely trust and make you happy. If a person is somehow not making you happy, don't even bother with that person. Its not worth it and it will only make things worse for your happiness. If that person is bothering you, they don't deserve your happiness. Make sure you surround your self with positive people and people who make you happy.

Going to work is not fun (if you are a teen reading this, keep this advice in your head for when you start looking for a job). I have had a summer job this past summer and it was hard. My boss treated me like dirt, I worked extra hours just to get minimum wage and I generally hated it so I decided to leave. It didn't matter about the money anymore, my happiness was at stake here. I thought to my self, is it really worth me busting my gut when I'm not getting anything in return? So I decided to quit. It felt so good. If you are not enjoying what job you have, quit it. It's not worth wasting your days doing something you don't love. One day you live is a day that you will never get back, so make sure you live your life to how you want it. Also, if you love doing your job, you will never have to work a day in your life ever again.

Going to work and having friends isn't the only thing that should make you happy. This is the part where your hobbies come in and what you like watching or playing and general things like that. This part is also the part where staying healthy comes in. By keeping a good diet and staying fit, it will make you feels so good everyday and inspired to do more of what makes your happy in life. I love blogging and I love to write what ever I want and no one is ever going to stop me. That feels so good just doing what I want on this blog and you guys are loving it too! I also like to entertain people. Whether its to make you laugh, to sing or to dance (which is something I really want to learn how to do!) And this really makes me happy. And do more of what makes you happy because honestly, its the best feeling in the world! Also if your are embarrassed about something, embrace it because its YOUR life and not anyone else's. You have to please and help your self before you can do anything for anyone else. If your are embarrassed by the way you dance, who cares! Dance like no one is watching because you shouldn't be embarrassed by something you love doing and what makes you happy! Also keep on watching things that make you happy! I love youtube, youtube is basically my life and I LOVE watching everyone's videos and vlogs. They just make me so happy and they make me laugh and inspire me everyday to do more of what I love. I also love watching T.V. (I mean who doesn't?) I love watching different shows that make me laugh and make me feel calm and laugh and most importantly happy! So the moral here is do more of what makes you happy!

Thank you guys so much for reading this post! I hope it helped at least one person. I want you guys to comment 3 things that make your happy and if you have any suggestions on how to make people happy, comment that as well! Please read the end of my last post to find out more about the contest. Thank you guys so much for making me happy and see you guys soon!

My Travel Routine!

Haloha everyone! What's been happening? Everyone good? Good. Today's post is going to be about my travel routine. This will be the last post of mine of travel of mine for a while before I update them or have some more travel things I will like to talk about. I am going away in a week so I may post some photos that I will be taking. Just a reminder that I will be posting blogs every Monday and Friday because that fits into my schedule and hopefully yours too. I may post blogs in between the time period that I won't be posting if I have anything I want to post early or need to post in advanced. If anything changes of course I will let you guys know. So with that being said, lets get on with the post.

So my routine starts a week before hand, the only things I do is pull out my clothes and start to pack my carry on and my suitcase.

My routine then goes on to the night before where I pack all my soaps the I de-can from the bottles in to travel containers, pack my carry on and finally pack my suitcase once I pack my toiletries.

For more info on those times, check out my 'How I Pack My Suitcase', 'Dealing With Travel Anxiety' & 'My Travel Essentials' blogposts to find out for info on how I do these things that I mentioned about my routine in more detail with the blogposts I mentioned above. Please check those out because it will really help you.

So now it is the day of the flight. I always like to relax or sometimes even sleep before my flight just because I like to be refreshed and relaxed. If I have a morning flight, that is a perfect time for me to go to sleep. I just make sure to go to bed early so that I am fully refreshed in the morning. If it is an afternoon flight or a night flight, I either rest or go to have a nap. I make sure to have at least three hours of sleep before I have to get ready. But I always make sure to give my self at least another two and a half hours for me to get ready so that I don't have time to procrastinate.

When I wake up, first thing I do is to get my clothes out. I generally have my clothes and products ready the night before I leave. I take a shower first. I have a full shower. What I do first is wash my hair. My hair is quite long, it's down to my belly button so I want to make sure that is clean and tangle free so what I use is the 'Giovanni Golden Wheat Shampoo for Normal to Oily Hair'. I find that that product is amazing. It feels amazing on my hair, feels lightweight and really gets the job done. Also it smells like a strong smell of peppermint so that's a big bonus. Then I use the 'Catwalk Headshot Reconstructive Intense Conditioner'. That conditioner is amazing! It also has a sweet peppermint scent to it and it's lightweight and super soft and it can really go a long way if you use just a little bit. As you can probably tell, I don't use the shampoo for it. That is because it is not being made anymore and I ran out of the shampoo of it so the conditioner is all I have left and I really wish they made more because it really is amazing. After washing my hair I use my 'Bath & Body Works Beautiful Day body soap'. It smells amazing and is super soft on your skin, it makes you feel super clean and the smell smells incredible. I even went and bought myself the matching hand sanitiser because it smells amazing! Then I wash my face with my 'Simple Face Cleanser' just to really get my face clean and feel refreshed. I finally also brush my teeth because you always want a fresh breath wherever and whenever you go. I also use this time to do something with my hair. I either leave it down, put it up in a bun, braid or plait it in some way or I curl it and make waves in my hair then put it in a pony tail- hopefully you know what I mean. That may seem a bit odd but I curl it so that it looks presentable and also I generally put it up in a pony tail and I love having curled pony tails.

After I shower, I then get changed into my clothes. As I mentioned in my 'How I Deal With Travel Anxiety Post', I mentioned that I get anxious and tired so I like to wear pyjama like clothes. I wear sweatpants from Victoria's Secret or I wear sweatpants like pants from Cotton On, I then wear my Topshop shirt which is something I rarely wear to bed which I said in my 'How I deal With Travel Anxiety' post. It is made out of cotton and it is something easy to sleep in. I then put on my Nike blue trainers as shoes because it is easy to move around with and perfect shoes to travel in. Make sure to wear deodorant as well because it is a huge essential and people are going to love you if you wear it.

I personally don't wear makeup on flights or even to the airport, but this will be the time where you put on your makeup if you want to.

Now I am dressed and showered, I have an hour and a half left to get ready. It takes me an hour to get dressed and shower when travelling because I like to do it super slow and chilled and it gives me time to dance around and sing along to my fave songs. After I am showered and dressed, I now pack my final things and also check that I have everything.

After checking that I have everything, I now have about an hour to chill. By now I am super anxious. By just thinking about it and writing about it I'm getting shivers and getting anxious. So I use my hour of chilling, watch some T.V. and things like that.

After chilling for a good forty five minutes, I then unplug and pack my electronics, organise it and then I just check that I have everything I have in my carry on filled with my travel essentials. If you would like to see what I pack in my carry on with my travel essentials in it, check out my 'My Travel Essentials!' post about it will give you tips and what I pack in my carry on so definitely check that out because it will help you a lot- or at least I hope it will! That normally takes me five mins to do.

I now use the final ten mins I have left to check around my house to make sure I have everything organised and in place, everything I need is packed and with me and that I am fully ready and that is my travel routine finished.

That is basically my travel routine and I hope you enjoyed reading it. What is an essentials part of your travel routine? Comment it down below! Make sure to read my 'How I Pack My Suitcase', 'Dealing With Travel Anxiety' & 'My Travel Essentials' blogposts because they are link with this post and it will help you so much.  I will also re-write or update my 'How I pack My Suitcase' post because it was rubbish and terrible so I'm going to do something about it so look out for that. Thank you guys so much for reading and see you guys soon!

How I Pack My Suitcase!

Hello there people! How you doing? Today's post is going to be about how I pack my suitcase. This post will be the second last post of my travel posts. My last one will be about my travel routine. I hope you are finding all my travel post useful! All of you seem to like my travel essentials post so hopefully you will enjoy today's post. So as I mentioned before, I will be talking about how I pack my suitcase and I will give you some tips about packing so without further of due, here is how I pack my suitcase!

Packing is an enjoyable thing. It gets you excited for your trip and also you get to plan out your outfits is actually something I love doing. You also have to organise your suitcase (which is something I love to do as well) and pack the right things you need for your trip. You have to consider these four things:

1. How long am I going for?
2. What am I going to be doing there?
3. Am I going to be doing somewhere where I have to be formal or is it a vacation?
4. What is the climate going to be when I arrive there

Those things you always have to consider when packing to guarantee you have enough clothes for everything. If you don't consider it, you have a chance that you are going to be over packing and you might end up paying because your suitcase will be over weight or over the weight limit.

Here are my tips on how to help you pack and I use some of those tips (just being honest here)

When packing you have to choose a suitcase, now don't choose one that is from a brand that really isn't known for the quality of it's bags. I recommend using a Samsonite bag or a Tumi bag. The quality that comes out from those cases are amazing and they are always my go to bags. I have had a Samsonite bag for over 5 and coming up to 6 years now and it is still working well and it's not even broken or ripped. So I definitely recommend  those bags. I also recommending finding four wheel suitcases. They are way more durable and makes your life incredibly easier!

Now you are probably thinking, 'how do I pack my clothes?' What I personally do is actually fold my clothes but I find this amazing pin on Pinterest that tells you literally every single detail of how to save space in your suitcase and one of the sings it tells you is to roll your clothes. This is definitely guaranteed to save space in your suitcase and it works. Another thing that I came across was this amazing invention which was packing cubes. They are the bomb! they are specially made for different types of clothing and gear and everything like that and when you fold your clothes into the packing cubes and you put the packing cubes into your suitcase, they save so much room so I definitely recommend to check those out.

I'm going away on a two week holiday soon and where I'm going is somewhere really hot and I'm going with my family and we are just going to be basically swimming all the time so I want to bring extra clothes for when I am out the water and since it will be hot, clothes will get sticky and gross so I always want something available to change into.

Here is how I am going to be packing;

My suitcase is a medium- large pink suitcase from Samsonite. It holds a lot of stuff and it has four wheels which is amazing!

I will bring four pairs of cotton shorts and two pairs of denim shorts

I will be bringing 12 cotton shorts that I can always re-wear

I will also bring 3 swimming costumes

I will be packing, 2 pairs of flip flops

I will pack 16 pieces of underwear and bras and 5 pairs of socks

I will include as well 3 wash bags to separate my clean clothes, my dirty clothes and my wet clothes

Here are the toiletries I will be packing;

My Batiste Dry shampoo because on holidays I get very lazy with my hair and some days I won't even wash it so I need dry shampoo

My deodorant

My Bath and Body Works body soap (which I will de-can into travel containers)

My Catwalk shampoo and conditioner (which I will de-can into travel containers)

My toothbrush and tooth paste

My NuMe curl Jam Set

And finally my makeup

And that is what I will bring with me.

How I Pack my suitcase is that on the side where you put your clothes, I fold my clothes and make piles in my suitcase from shirts in one corner- pants in another corner and then I put my undergarments and my swimming suits into one bag and put that in the final  corner. After that I put my toiletries into the middle of all of that then put stuff on top to keep it safe and I do that with my curling irons and makeup as well.

On the mesh side of my suitcase, I put shoes and the bags that I will be bringing to separate my clothes on that side plus any food I will be bringing because I am a celiac so I can't eat gluten so I bring my own bread and crackers and anything like that.

That was how I pack my suitcase and I'm so sorry that that was a terrible blog post. I found it a bit hard writing that but I hope you found it useful in some way. I am actually becoming very busy at the moment and I will be publish sing blog posts on Mondays and Fridays now because I have become busy but if I have time I will write and publish blogposts between those times. My next blog post will be my travel routine so look out for that. Thank you guys so much for reading and see you soon!

Dealing With Travel Anxiety...

Hello everyone! What's happening? You guys all having an amazing day? Well, I hope you are having a nice day today! Today's post is going to be about dealing with travel anxiety. As I mentioned in my travel essentials post, I said that I get anxious around travel and I also said that I would make a post about it, so today is going to be about my process of how I try my hardest to stay calm and some tips that will change your attitude about travelling if you don't love it already. Warning, this post is long and it might seem a bit boring but I want you guys to try your hardest to read this all because it is quite important- well at least I hope it is! I hope you guys enjoy reading this post so lets get started!

Travel anxiety is something that I have to deal with and it's a bit hard to talk about. Not because it's personal but just the fact that I don't know what everyone is like and I'm not too sure how to explain it from my point of view or anyone else's. I think you will only really understand if you go through it as well. But I will give you some tips and just reminders and my experiences for you to remember and to stay calm about. I will be telling you about things that I learned while going through my anxiety. I will be telling you this in the order from a week before my flight to arriving at my destination, basically chronological order of how I get ready.

The first thing I learned is that getting into a calm place starts before you even start getting ready to travel. I always try do to as much as I can before I go away just to put my mind at ease. To help this I recommend making a list of what you need to get or do and then put your schedule next to the list. This really helps. Before I go away, on my list I write; what I need to pack and how much of it, what I need to do like cleaning my house or go to the doctor. That way I can check off what I have done and the more I do the more that my mind is at ease. This makes me prepared and organised and trust me, it feels so good ticking off things from the list and it actually makes you a bit more comfortable about travelling because you have less things to worry about.

Second thing is making sure that a week in advanced, I start packing or at least getting clothes prepared. Starting a week before hand makes you have more time to get things and also you know what you need to get. I put my clothes in my suitcase the night before I leave no matter what time my flight is the next day. I do this because then I know that I fully have everything. With my carry on, I start a week before hand and then finish 5 mins before I leave. That might seem last minute but it's not. Like my suitcase, I make sure the main things are in my carry on ready to go but my electronics, I unplug making sure they are fully charged and then I pack them 5 mins before I leave.  When you are frantic, you don't have time to breath and relax and generally you get stressed. I also ask a friend to check if I have everything that I might need. This is actually  a very useful tip and normally I get my mum to help but anyone works really. It is a super helpful tip and I recommend using it. This is why I start a week before hand.

Third thing is that making sure the space I leave is clean and tidy and ready for when I get back. My mind is always more comfortable when I do this.

The fourth thing that I learned is that to lay out what I'm going to be wearing on my flight. I lay out everything from my bra to my underwear to my socks then my actual clothing, my shoes and my jacket. I recommend to bring a thickish jacket to wear on the plane if you are going somewhere hot and a thick one if you are going somewhere cold. My go to outfit, for where ever I travel to is almost pyjama like. I wear sweatpants or something similar to sweat pants and then a pyjama shirt.  The outfit I wear always has to be comfortable as much as possible. This is because you also need to know how your body reacts when you travel. I get tired when I travel so why not wear pyjama like clothes? The pyjama shirt I wear is something I wear rarely to bed because I like to know that it is always prepared for a flight. Then I wear trainers ( or sneakers and sometimes running shoes because I feel like in running shoes I get around a lot quicker)  because they are much more comfortable and easier to get around an airport in and they are easy to slip off and on when I'm on an airplane. I don't know about you guys but I never wear shoes on a flight. I also lay out my products or anything that I use to get ready so that they are ready to go and I don't have to be frantic and look for them. I get those ready also the night before I leave because the day of my flight I am just a very nervous person and I like to relax.

The Fifth thing I learned is to get comfy and relax and even sleep before you get ready to leave. This will make you calm and refreshed.

Ok, now its the time where you get ready. I say get ready slowly so you are aware of what you are doing and you what you have done. I learned this really quickly and it helps a lot. Make sure to give your self enough time to do this and never procrastinate, it will make your anxiety worse.

Now it's time to leave. I learned that to make sure to order a taxi or get someone to drive you and make sure that they are there exactly when you need to leave. Even if you have to tell them to wait 10 mins before you actually leave. This will make you more comfortable knowing that they are there ready and that they don't mind waiting just a bit to help you. It might make you stressed thinking 'oh no they are here! I need to hurry up!' Trust me I'm not trying to sound rude but you come before anyone at that moment so just make sure you are prepared. I also learned to give your self 10 minutes to make sure you have everything and that you won't be leaving important things behind. I also learned to leave at least 3 hours before your flight. This gives you more than enough time to check through security and to be at the gate and maybe do a bit of shopping.

It's the ride to the airport now and I learned that downloading your fave shows and music get you so calm and relaxed that you don't even know it. Plus it is a distraction! Make sure to save battery though. This is why I recommend a mophie or a portable charger so you know you will always have battery on you.

Now you have arrived at the airport and now you feel a bit better knowing that you have got everything with you but you are still getting those butterflies in your stomach. I learned that once you check in you will feel so much better so check in at your own pace and just be comfy and calm. Once you have checked in you now have to go through security and immigration. This is the hardest part for me. It's overwhelming especially if you don't travel all the time and you think that 'Oh my gosh these people have done it so many time how are they so calm?' You see people who travel all the time and they are kind of pushing you to go faster and you are rushing and getting anxious but what I learned is that just to block them out and go at your own pace and don't feel rushed. Just make sure you are paying attention to what you are meant to be doing at that time.

Congratulations! You are now passed security. You now have two options. One of them is to go to the gate and chill, use the wifi to do whatever you want and the second option is to go through the shops and just look around and maybe even go and sit down somewhere to eat. I learned by just doing what you feel like doing when you have extra time is calming and stressed free.

Now it is time to board the plane and again- do it at your own pace and find your seat at your own pace. This will make you feel calm and once you sit down, do whatever you have to do to make yourself ready for take off and the flight. Be patient and just do things slowly.

People experience different things throughout the flight. I love to travel on long haul flights because that gives me time to just be with my self and to have me time. I just hate the thought of turbulence and if something goes wrong like a bumpy takeoff. Those frighten me so much to the point where sometimes I will be crying. One time I actually had to go to a flight attendant and ask if everything is going to be ok. She ended up going to the pilot and asking the pilot. The pilot then told her to tell me that everything was going to be fine. What I try to do now which is something I learned is to take deep breaths, close my eyes, listen to music and just be as calm as possible and sometimes, treat the turbulence as a roller coaster ride even though I hate roller coasters. I hate turbulence so much and it just scares me so what I do is listen to music, take deep breaths, watch something, read a book and generally I get so distracted that sometimes I don't even nice the turbulence any more. That is something I learned and it's just making distractions for my self.  Its learning to take the negative into a positive. I also think about the end result. Where I'm going, what I'm going to be doing and that generally makes you feel so calm. I also think about how everything is going to be ok and how there are so many flights happening right now and how they are dealing with this as well. What I learned is not to over think about it and remember that everything is under control and it's not something for you to worry about. I know that might seem hard but it is something you have to try and think about. One of my biggest fears was 'Oh my gosh if this plane goes down, I'm going to be on it and I'm not ready to leave the world yet!' As I said before, it is really about taking the negative into a positive and shifting your mind set. If you are travelling with  a friend of yours or a family member, take advantage of them! Talk to them and just make sure that you are comfortable with talking to them and them just being there.

The flight is now over and congratulations! Your flight is done now again- go in your own pace and be aware of what you are doing next whether it's getting your luggage or going through immigration. A thing that I learned is that if I am feeling lost, just follow the crowd and then eventually while following them, they will take you to where you have to be next.

Yay! You are now officially done with travelling. Now you can go to your hotel or where every you are staying at and just relax and enjoy the time of where you are going. One thing I learned is to either make sure you have something picking you up or if you are really familiar with the place that you are going to, get a taxi to take you to where ever you are going to. You are now done with the actual travelling part!

My Travel Essentials!

Hey everyone! What's up? You doing good? Good. So today's post is going to be about travelling. As I said in my summer blog post, I love to travel but I do get anxious about it so today's post I will talk about travel essentials and just general tips that are super helpful! I hope you enjoy reading this post!

Everyone is always travelling whether it's walking, running, flying, taking a train or even going on boat rides and travelling is a huge part of today's life and whenever you travel you will always have your essentials. Today I will go through what I normally keep on me as my carry on, in-flight travel essentials.

I love travelling on aeroplanes even though I get anxious about it. I'm not scared of aeroplanes or aeroplanes being in the sky, I'm just more anxious around travel so I always want my carry on with my travel essentials ready and packed so I don't get anxious or bored on the plane. So lets get started.

Before I begin, let me give you two tips. One tip is that; go on Pinterest, go on Youtube and type in travel essentials and trust me it's a life saver. It will help you so much that you won't even realise it and there are so many videos and pins that you can relate to and agree with that you can use.  A little bit of research can go a long way. From watching all these videos on Youtube, I have actually become a bit obsessed with watching travel essentials videos. I don't know what is is but it's one of my fave things to look at on Youtube and Pinterest. Plus it will give you things that you might not even have thought about. It will also  give you tips of how to save and make space in your suitcase. I won't be talking about packing my suitcase because I am scared it will make this blog post too long but if you are curious for tips and how I do it, just comment and I will do a post about packing. I am definitely recommending to do that bit of research. My second tip is to write a list whether if it is on your phone or on a piece of paper. This will help because you can tick things off and it shows you what you need to get and what you already have and if you have packed it or not. This tip is way more useful than you think.

Here are my travel essentials:

1. My Lululemon bag. It is a rucksack and I find rucksacks so much easier so you can have your hands free and easily access things especially if you are at an airport. I have the pack to reality backpack and it is really amazing, the pockets are huge and there are so many hidden pockets that are so useful and roomy. It is a bit more on the pricey side but trust me, it is an amazing investment. Go on their website and there is a Pinterest pin that really explains the bag way more than I ever could. It's super structured, doesn't hurt you and there are labels in the pockets to help you pack, so you know it's good.

Here is my Pinterest pin about it:

This backpack was designed with organisation in mind. It has a padded pocket for your laptop, an expandable side pocket for your water bottle, and mesh pockets to keep your shoes and sweaty gear quarantined. It also has many secret pockets and the pockets are labeled where is is ideal to put your stuff. Also, this bag doesn't hurt your shoulders one bit! Even though it's a bit on the pricey side, it's an amazing bag and a worth while investment! This is an amazing travel bag. It's structured, it's huge and hold a lot of stuff and it's very organised. I have it and I definitely recommend it. It also comes in many different colours. Check Lululemon out and their bags! You will thank me

2. Headphones. I bring two types of headphones with me. One type is my over head headphones and I use it for initial comfort but then I find them to hurt a bit after a while because it presses on my ears so then I use in ear headphones which I find way more comfortable if you want to go to sleep while listening to something or if you accidentally fall asleep while watching something also to give your ears a break from being pressed.

3. My laptop. I have an 11inch MacBook Air and I keep it in it's case and take it out of it's case when I want to use it. There is actually a separate pocket in the bag that I will be using so I will put it in there. I always bring my laptop over seas with me and I have to bring it to school with me. The only time I don't bring it with me is when I go on school trips. I use my laptop to play games and to catch up with watching my fave shows on it.

4. My phone. Kind of an obvious one. I have an iPhone 5c. I'm going to need to communicate with people and I play games and listen to music with it.

5. My iPad. I watch movies on it, play games and listen to music and I will read downloaded books on it.

6. A portable charger. Kind of an essential if your electronics die and you have no place to charge them. Plus it's good for on the go.

7. My camera to take pictures and videos to keep as memories plus to take some awesome pics for Instagram.

8. My chargers. I will bring all my chargers with me for each of my electronics that I will be bringing with and I will keep them in a big pouch which will be organised.

9. Power adapter just in case my charger plugs are not the same fit as the country I will be going to wall plugs.  Plus it has extra spaces on it for charging things. I was really bad at explaining that but hopefully you know what I mean.

10.  My wallet. You have to bring your wallet where ever you go to keep your money and any cards that you will need or have.

11. Candies, Snacks, Mints and Gum. You need all of these to survive on a flight and I'm sure you all agree with me.

12. Books and magazines to keep my self entertained.

13. A jacket or anything to wrap my self in because I always freeze on a flight! Also if you are feeling anxious, it is there for added comfort and added warmth.

14. Cozy socks. I always advise people to bring this because I can wake up from being asleep on a flight to having freezing feet so cozy socks- always a must.

15. Sunglasses and glasses cases. I have glasses and I hate wearing them on flights  because I'm scared I will  accidentally fall asleep on them and break them even though I find it hard to sleep on planes so I need a glasses case to put them in and my sunglasses because they are an essentials because where ever you go, it might be sunny.

16. My sanitary/ beauty pouch.  For your teeth, there are actually things called Wisp ( by Colagte). Basically they are tiny disposable toothbrushes that have mint essence on them. In my pouch I keep; hair ties, bobby pins or hair grips , lip balm. a tiny hairbrush , a small deodorant, hand sanitiser ( that has to be Bath and Body Works because I am obsessed!), tiny bottle of lotion, tissues and anything  like that and I think those are all essentials to keep you fresh and feel clean and hydrated on a flight.

17. Pens and paper/stationary. Normally I take a tiny notebook and a couple of pencils, pens and erasers with me in a pencil case and I have those if I need to sign any arrival cards or just to draw even though I am terrible at art.

18. A neck pillow because it gives my neck support especially when I'm sleeping and it is just there for added comfort.

19. The most important things, Passport , ID and any travel documents. You are not going to get very far  without those and you need them to get to different countries

Those are all my essentials and I don't really bring anything else unless I find a new product that I want to bring me but of course with a bit of your research and your routine, you can add more or less to that list.

Thank you guys so much for reading this post! Sorry it didn't come out sooner I have just been really busy. I hope you find this blogpost useful and make sure you use all the tips I have mentioned! They really do make life easier especially with a bit of research. What are your travel essentials that you guys bring with you? Comment them down below. My next blog post is going to be about travel anxiety to make sure to look out for that! See you guys soon!
